Dr. HJ Yang has more than 20 year experience in real estate development and management in the Tampa Bay area and has supported local, national and international start-ups as an angel investor since 2006, including serving on the investment committee of Florida Funders in Tampa. He is a recognized leader, founded the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay and served as chairman of International Business Council of Tampa Bay and trustee of a national charitable trust as well as board member of many private companies. HJ was trained as a research scientist, studied at the Peking University, earned his Ph.D. from the Florida State University and worked at the University of Chicago as well as USF and UF. He is also a global award winning nature photographer serving as editor and curator for online photo art magazines and galleries.
